Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MFlow LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the company that operates the Wellzo platform. "Wellzo" is our product and brand name; MFlow LLC is the legal company behind it.Wellzo is a fitness and wellness marketplace. It connects members with independent gyms and studios ("Partners") so members can discover and book classes and sessions, buy memberships and credits, check in at venues, and share posts with other members. These Terms apply to everyone who uses Wellzo — members who use the mobile app, Partners who use the Partner dashboard, and company administrators who use the corporate portal. Please read them carefully.Your use of Wellzo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data. By using Wellzo, you agree to both these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account, or by otherwise accessing or using Wellzo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Wellzo.
In these Terms:
- "You" means the person using Wellzo — whether as a member, as a member of a Partner’s staff, or as a company administrator.
- "We", "us", and "our" mean MFlow LLC.
- "Members" are people who use the Wellzo mobile app to find and attend fitness activities.
- "Partners" are the independent gyms and studios that offer their services through Wellzo and manage them with the Partner dashboard.
- "Company administrators" are people who manage an organization’s Wellzo membership through the corporate portal, on behalf of their company.
If you use Wellzo on behalf of a Partner or a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business, and "you" includes that business.
2. Eligibility
Wellzo is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By using Wellzo, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. What Wellzo Is
Wellzo is a marketplace. We connect members with independent Partners and provide the tools that make discovery, booking, payment, and check-in work.
Wellzo does not itself provide the fitness services. We do not own the gyms or studios, we do not employ the trainers or instructors, and we do not run the classes or sessions. Those are provided by the Partners, who are independent businesses. Our role is to operate the platform that connects you with them.
4. Your Account
To use most of Wellzo, you need an account.
- Accurate information. You agree to give accurate, current information when you register and to keep it up to date.
- Keeping your account secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and login details safe. Do not share your account with anyone else.
- One active session. Only one active session is allowed per account, so you can be signed in on one device at a time.
- Responsibility for activity. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone has used your account without permission, contact us right away at privacy@well-zo.com.
5. Memberships, Credits, and Payments
You can buy memberships and credits in the app to book and attend sessions at Partners.
- How you pay. Payments are handled by local Mongolian payment providers, not by Wellzo directly. We do not store your full card numbers or bank credentials; the provider processes the payment and tells us only whether it succeeded and the limited details we need for your records.
- Price changes. We may change the price of memberships and credits from time to time. If a price changes, it applies to future purchases and renewals, not to something you have already bought. We will give you reasonable notice of a change before it takes effect.
- Freeze or pause. Some memberships can be frozen or paused for a period, subject to the rules shown in the app at the time. A minimum charge may apply, and while your membership is frozen you cannot book or check in.
- Refunds and cancellations. Memberships and credits are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we state otherwise at the time of purchase. Bookings are subject to the cancellation windows shown in the app (see Section 6). If you do not show up for a session you booked, you may forfeit the credit or visit used to book it.
6. Bookings, Check-in, and Cancellations
- Booking a session. You can book a class or session at a Partner through the app, subject to availability and to the Partner’s own rules.
- QR check-in. When you arrive at a venue, you check in using a QR code in the app. Check-in may require you to be at the venue.
- Cancellation windows. Each session has a cancellation window shown in the app. If you cancel within the allowed window, you can usually free up the booking. If you cancel late, or after the window closes, you may lose the credit or visit used to book.
- No-shows. If you book a session and do not attend, it counts as a no-show and you may forfeit the credit or visit.
Because Partners run their own venues, some Partners may set their own booking and cancellation rules. Where those apply, they are shown to you before you book.
7. Acceptable Use
When you use Wellzo, you agree not to:
- Use Wellzo for anything illegal, or to break any law that applies to you.
- Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse other members, Partners, or our staff.
- Impersonate anyone else, or pretend to be connected with a person or business you are not.
- Use Wellzo to commit fraud, or to make fake bookings, reviews, or accounts.
- Upload or share someone else’s personal information without their consent.
- Post content that is hateful, obscene, or otherwise harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Copy, scrape, or harvest data from Wellzo using bots or automated tools.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code of the platform, or work around its security.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers, or its networks, or try to gain access to parts of the system you are not allowed to use.
If you break these rules, we may remove your content, limit what you can do, or suspend or close your account (see Section 15).
8. Your Content
Wellzo includes a social feed where members can post, share stories, write reviews, and follow each other.
- You own what you post. You keep ownership of the content you create and share on Wellzo — your posts, photos, stories, reviews, and comments.
- The license you give us. So that we can operate the service, you give MFlow LLC (and the service providers that act on our behalf) a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute your content within the Wellzo platform. This license lets us show your content to other members and run the features you use. It ends when your content is removed, except for copies that other members have already interacted with or that we must keep for legal reasons.
- Moderation. We screen content with a mix of automated (AI) tools and staff review to help keep the community safe. We may remove content, or restrict or suspend accounts, that breaks these Terms or the law.
You are responsible for the content you post, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.
9. Partners and the Marketplace
Partners are independent businesses. Each Partner is responsible for its own services, staff, safety, equipment, and venue.
- Wellzo is not the provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of a Partner’s services, or for anything that happens at a Partner’s venue.
- Disputes with a Partner. If you have a problem with a class or session — for example, its quality, its safety, or whether it went ahead — that is a matter between you and the Partner. We may try to help resolve it, but we are not a party to the arrangement between a member and a Partner. If you need help, you can contact us at privacy@well-zo.com or through in-app support, and we will do our best to assist.
10. Partner and Corporate Accounts
- Partners. If you use Wellzo as a Partner, you are responsible for the staff accounts you set up and for what those staff do on the dashboard. You are also responsible for the member records you enter — such as names, contact details, and emergency contacts — and for having the right to use that information.
- Company administrators. If you use the corporate portal, you act on behalf of your company. Your company is responsible for what its administrators do, and for the membership arrangements it provides to its employees. Employer-provided memberships are subject to any terms your company sets with us.
11. Health and Safety
Fitness activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
- Check with a doctor. Before you start a new activity, we recommend you consult a physician, especially if you have a health condition.
- You participate at your own risk. You take part in classes and sessions at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits.
- We are not a medical provider. Wellzo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical care.
12. Intellectual Property
MFlow LLC owns the Wellzo platform, including its software, design, and the Wellzo brand, logos, and content we provide. These are protected by intellectual property laws.
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wellzo for its intended purpose while you follow these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform, except as these Terms allow.
13. Service Changes and Availability
Wellzo is provided "as is" and "as available".
We are always improving the service, so features may change, be added, or be removed over time. Access may sometimes be limited or interrupted — for example, for maintenance, technical problems, or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee that Wellzo will always be available or uninterrupted.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Mongolian law:
- Wellzo is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your particular needs.
- MFlow LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — Wellzo.
- We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Partners, or for the services they provide.
- Cap on our liability. Where MFlow LLC is nonetheless found liable to you for any matter relating to Wellzo, our total liability for all claims taken together is limited to the greater of (a) the total amounts paid to us for the service on your behalf — whether by you, your employer, or a payment provider — in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or (b) MNT 100,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under Mongolian consumer-protection law that cannot legally be limited or excluded, or any liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
15. Suspension and Termination
- Your choice. You can stop using Wellzo at any time, and you can delete your account from within the app. Deletion is password-protected, so only you can start it.
- Our right to act. We may suspend or close your account, or limit your access, if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect Wellzo, its users, or the public.
- What survives. Some parts of these Terms continue to apply after your account ends — including the sections on content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
- Your data. How we handle your data when your account is deleted is explained in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we add features or change how the service works. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and take reasonable steps to let you know, such as an in-app notice or a notice on well-zo.com.
If you keep using Wellzo after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using Wellzo and may close your account.
17. General
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will stay in full effect.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours — for example, if our business is sold or reorganized — and we will let you know if that happens.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and anything shown to you in the app when you buy or book, are the entire agreement between you and MFlow LLC about your use of Wellzo.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce part of these Terms straight away, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
18. Governing Law and Language
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. You agree that the courts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Wellzo, subject to any right you have under Mongolian consumer law to bring proceedings in another local court.
These Terms are published in Mongolian and English. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the Mongolian version prevails.
